The sitemap is a file which contains URLs and some supplementary information for all the public pages or ducuments of yours website.
You may use a plugin which will automatically generate XML sitempas for your blog. You can download here.
This plugin generates a XML-Sitemap compliant sitemap of your WordPress blog. This format is supported by Ask.com, Google, YAHOO and MSN Search.
